Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of Goods to project builders, developers and architects.

We currently have an exciting vacancy for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Nowra team as an Entry Level Receptionist.

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk - Greeting customers
  • Answering incoming calls and directing calls
  • Visitor enquiries/directing visitors
  • Sorting and distribution of mail
  • Estimating projects
  • Involved with tender quoting process
  • Assist customers and Reps on product information & technical advise
  • Provide support for sales reps
  • Confirm orders with customers
  • Ordering stock from suppliers
  • Liaise with customers and arrange delivery of goods
  • Enter orders into Great Plains
  • Arrange return of goods if needed
  • Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department

The successful applicant will possess:
• Good communication skills as you will be liaising with various people across the business
• A positive ‘can do’ attitude
• An ability to pick up processes and systems efficiently
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload
