Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage commercial accounts with schools, SMEs, corporates, and trades
  • Drive profitable sales growth – achieving both revenue targets and net margin
  • Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting using Harvey Norman systems
  • Work closely with suppliers and OEM partners to maximise promotional and incentive opportunities
  • Ensure customer-first service that creates long-term partnerships and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in technology, mobility, or commercial sales leadership
  • Strong knowledge of computing, mobile, networking, and emerging tech solutions
  • A track record of building and growing commercial accounts
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance, accountable team culture
  • Strong commercial awareness: understanding the balance of margin vs. revenue
  • Professional presentation, outstanding communication, and a customer-first mindset
  • Resilience, urgency, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
