Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage commercial accounts with schools, SMEs, corporates, and trades
- Drive profitable sales growth – achieving both revenue targets and net margin
- Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting using Harvey Norman systems
- Work closely with suppliers and OEM partners to maximise promotional and incentive opportunities
- Ensure customer-first service that creates long-term partnerships and repeat business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in technology, mobility, or commercial sales leadership
- Strong knowledge of computing, mobile, networking, and emerging tech solutions
- A track record of building and growing commercial accounts
- Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance, accountable team culture
- Strong commercial awareness: understanding the balance of margin vs. revenue
- Professional presentation, outstanding communication, and a customer-first mindset
- Resilience, urgency, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
