We have a great opportunity at our Casula branch for a motivated and driven Warehouse GIR Clerk. You will be providing support to the GIR and Warehouse team.

Job Description

The Warehouse Administration GIR Clerk plays a key role in supporting both the G.I.R team and the Warehouse operations. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Harvey Norman’s stock management procedures and contributing to efficient stock flow and warehouse processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document instances of oversupply
  • Ensuring the excess inventory is properly recorded and communicated
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to determine corrective actions for oversupplied items
  • Complete the posting of all items received into GP by the 10:30am daily cut-off
  • Ensure all postings from the previous day are finalised
  • Check the OR number and the RCT
  • Check all items on the delivery
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to postings and follow up on outstanding delivery dockets.
  • Maintain and complete filing tasks as necessary
  • Scan Delivery dockets to Creditors
  • Prepare documentation for posting, including Order Reference (OR) numbers
  • Update and maintain the end-of-month filing cabinet
  • Assist in the receiving process for transferred items
  • Handle any discrepancies or those under investigation
  • Correspond with other sites
  • Move Stock into the Racks
  • Scanning stock in 
  • Checking stock against WMS and GP
  • Working with Stock Control
  • Respond promptly to emails from sales coordinators and suppliers
