Harvey Norman Penrith Technology and Entertainment is looking for an ICT Sales Representative to join our team based in Sydney NSW to deliver Great Service, Always!  

This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week. A competitive salary $85,000 + Super is on offer.

About the position

This is a specialised role within the store requiring the applicant to source new corporate and commercial clients to sell computer hardware and software. The role will involve managing client accounts, promoting and selling the range of computer software, hardware and associated products, delivery and installation and ensuring client satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Director.

The nature of this role requires high level engagement with Corporate/Commercial buyers and their Technology departments.

What we require:

• Bachelor’s degree required or minimum 2 years of work experience in the same or similar field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar customer focused, successful retail business 
• A high level of Computer, Technology and Entertainment product knowledge 
• An excellent sales track record with the ability to maximise sales
• Ability to service your clients while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy clients and timely accurate services 
• Passion to exceed sales targets
• Be an Australian citizen or be eligible to live and work in Australia.
