We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing and Events Coordinators to join our busy team located in the Sutherland Shire.

We are recruiting one entry-level Marketing Coordinator and one Marketing Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or event coordination. 

We are looking for a creative thinker passionate about bringing ideas to life. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our marketing team and to execute unforgettable, high-quality events that enhance our HNC brand and improve our clients’ event experiences. You will also need to be very hands-on, work independently, be creative and innovative, and have a keen eye for detail.

Must be proficient in the following MAC programs:
• InDesign  • Illustrator  • Photoshop  • Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)

 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain our events calendar and ensure accurate scheduling of events
• Create and send invitations
• Manage attendee lists, invitations, RSVPs, and pending responses
• On event days, assist with guest registrations and distribute name tags
• Manage budgets and accurately track and allocate invoices for each event
• Upload products on our website daily using Magento (training will be provided)
• Create brochures, flyers, newsletters and stationery
• Create and schedule social media content, including photography and videos
• Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
• The successful applicants must be highly organised and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple events and
• marketing tasks simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail
