Office Manager – Harvey Norman Commercial Division (WA)

Harvey Norman Commercial Division is committed to delivering the highest standards of service to the building and construction industry. Since our establishment in 2000, we have successfully delivered fit-outs across many quality projects throughout Western Australia. We are one of the only dedicated specialist suppliers of kitchen and bathroom products to the building and construction sector, working with major builders, developers, and plumbers.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full time Office Manager to join our dynamic team.


About the Role

As Office Manager, you will bring strong administrative expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will oversee office operations and ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality support services.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong time management abilities
  • Proven experience in office management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (ERP) advantageous but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely, effective decisions
  • Positive attitude with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office administration and operations
  • Support Franchisee   with:
    • Creditors and debtors
    • Accounts payable and receivable
    • Banking reconciliations 
    • Payroll processing
    • Human resources and recruitment
    • OH&S management
    • Monthly reporting
  • Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • Resolve issues quickly to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
