Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of goods & services to project builders, developers, architects and the mining industry.
We are currently seeking a detail-focused Administration Data Entry Clerk to support our Sales team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process builder sales orders accurately
- Coordinate deliveries with customers
- Confirm order details with customers and Sales Representatives
- Liaise with suppliers as required
- Work closely with Purchasing and Warehouse teams
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Clear communication and a team-focused attitude
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Admin or data entry experience (preferred)
- Microsoft Business Central experience is desirable (not essential)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite is essential
