Harvey Norman Ballina is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Operations Assistant to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Have experience in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service
• Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a “can do” attitude
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades   

In this role you will:

• Actively manage Harvey Norman customer repairs and servicing, providing customer updates in a timely manner
• Assist with the department's admin duties including processing credit and debit invoices, claims and reconciliations.
• Tag faulty products and liaise with our service agents & suppliers and keeping the service database up-to-date
• Dispatch online orders and stock transfers
• Assist in stock control
