Blending warehousing, administration duties, and customer service to create an exceptional experience for our customers - This role will have you collaborating closely with our customers and in store team to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving of stock in store
• Oversee deliveries and handle customer inquiries related to online orders
• Assist with customer queries and coordinate repairs with our in-store Tech Team
• Organising and managing claims for returns to suppliers for credits and repairs

About You:

You are a self-motivated, team-oriented individual who thrives in a multifaceted role. Whether you're in the warehouse or interacting with customers face-to-face, you bring enthusiasm and adaptability.

Desired Attributes and Qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Quick learner with strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
• Forklift license preferred (we’re willing to provide this certification for the right candidate)
• Experience with managing high stock volumes is a plus
