Combine your customer service and organisational skills in this Operations Manager position in our Harvey Norman Kotara store! This full-time role assists in the stock movement and customer aftercare of the Computers and Mobiles department, so we are looking for a competent and reliable person to join our team.

About the Role

This role assists with general stock related tasks and customer service queries, providing a positive experience for all customers. Training will be provided on our systems to ensure you are fully supported when you start with us.

About You

We are looking for an organised retail professional who is able to work autonomously and in a team.

Some attributes we are looking for include:

• Proven Customer Service experience
• Quick learner, organised with administrative skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience working with high volumes of stock desirable

Some key tasks will include:

• Coordinate stock tasks including container orders from the distribution center, undertake branch transfers, supplier ordered stock, and customer orders
• Receipt stock into the store and attend to outstanding purchase orders
• Attend to customer queries and coordinate repairs
• Undertake sales and maintain the presentation of the Computer & Mobiles department
• Weekend work will be required for this role
