We have a great opportunity at our Laverton North Warehouse for a motivated and driven Warehouse Administration Assistant, to join our team.

To be successful you will:

• Have exposure and conceptual understanding of supplier agreements and pricing
• Be team orientated, with strong relationships and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent numeracy, written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate computer software skills, Microsoft Suite, and Dynamics 365 experience
• Have high attention to detail and time management skills
• Be enthusiastic about self-improvement and development 

Your duties include, but are not limited to:

• Check stock against paperwork supplied and ensure any oversupply and incorrect stock discrepancies are reported to relevant departments, purchasing, claims, payables and suppliers
• Assist fixing inventory issues & discrepancies
• Action phone queries and emails from customers, drivers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Assist posting completed deliveries, actioning failed deliveries, and uploading driver photos in TMS transport management system. Use reporting to ensure all are completed daily
• Process returns and failed deliveries
• Liaise with drivers and pass on related customer information to sales team
• Ensure receipting and delivery paperwork is organized and collated for accounts
• Provide feedback to Commercial Manager for improvements
• Ensure quality and accuracy of service offer is to the standard required and to client expectations
• Participate in twice yearly stocktakes
• Ensure Safety & OH&S procedures are strictly adhered to in line with Harvey Norman & 3PL standards
