Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of Goods to project builders, developers and architects.

We are currently seeking a Full Time Delivery Driver/Warehouse Assistant to assist with delivery services of goods from our Somersby warehouse. Some heavy lifting will be involved.

• Working 2 days in our Somersby Warehouse
• ‘On Road’ for three days (Including overnight stays)
• MR License is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Carry out instructions as directed from Management and/or Supervisors
• Check goods onto vehicle – condition of goods, product codes and quantities - complete Run sheets as required – obtain signatures/names etc. of customers upon delivery. Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery of goods via D-Track App
• Stock take - Preparation as required and requested
• Assist the warehouse team
• Vehicle -  Ensure that vehicle ( Truck is kept clean and driven in a safe manner as per Company Policy, as well as OH & S and Licensing regulations
• Internal Staff - Liaise with Sales/ Co-ordinations staff regarding issues with Customer Orders etc.
• Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department.
• Previous experience delivering and handling goods
• Current Driver’s license
• Knowledge of local and surrounding areas
• A mature and positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Good communication and customer service skills
