This is a full time position in our Mt Wellington warehouse.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for front of warehouse customer service. (Portacom based)
- Traffic control management for inbound and outbound transport/delivery trucks and customer parking
- Ensure all stock is correctly receipted in (when required)
- Be able to have excellent communication skills via phone or radio comms
- Responsible for keeping the customer service area tidy and clean at all times
The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:
- Experience working with high volumes of stock
- Experience in traffic control
- Experience working in a warehouse operational environment (desirable)
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Service experience
- Attention to detail
- Being flexible, punctual, approachable, friendly and outgoing.
