About the role

Our amazing Next level Gym team are seeking a Fitness Coach / Gym Assistant on a casual basis for our Head Office gym based in Osborne Park. Reporting to the Gym Supervisor, this role will assist the gym team, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanour. This role will include but not be limited to:

• Run fitness classes.
• Coach and provide personal training to MRL employees & family.
• Create, develop, and review training plans and fitness classes.
• Assist in group fundraising events.
• Contribute and identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the facility.

We’re looking for:

• Current Certificate III and IV Group fitness and personal training.
• Current CPR/ AED/ Provide First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check (highly regarded)
• Tertiary qualifications in a related field – desirable.
• Be able to work as an effective team member working with a diverse group of clients of all levels of fitness and interests.
• Experience in operating a fitness centre.
• Experience in developing individual and group training programs.
• Experience in using fitness centre management software platforms.
