The Opportunity

MinRes is seeking a Processing Supervisor for our Wodgina Lithium Operation on an 8X6X7X7 (DS/NS) roster. Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and continuous improvement of processing activities to meet production targets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.
• Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.
• Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations.

What is Required?

Our ideal candidate will possess strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience, including proven expertise in managing large on-site teams.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Exposure to mineral processing processes such as grinding, flotation, reagents, and thickeners.
• Strong understanding of lab assay.
• Must have the following certificates, tickets, and licences:
• First Aid
• Low Voltage Rescue & CPR
• Confined Space
• Working at Heights
• C Class Driver’s Licence
