The Opportunity

Crushing Services International is currently seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Supervisor on an 8D 6RR roster, providing services across various locations in Western Australia. Reporting to the Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in our mobile operations. You will lead a team of dedicated tradesmen and operators, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality output. Your strategic leadership and hands-on approach will drive productivity while maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate mobile crushing activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and production targets are met, fostering a committed and cohesive team environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on mobile crushing equipment.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ensure all tasks are supervised and tasks are assigned daily to direct reports
  • Lead pre-starts meetings, return-to-work meetings and PSIs.
  • outlining clear expectations and accountabilities have been set with all team members and employees are held to account for their roles

What is required?

  • Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a mobile-crushing environment (essential)
  • Strong technical knowledge of processes, and maintenance practices.
  • In-depth operational and technical expertise with mobile crushing equipment (e.g., Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey), including processes and maintenance practices.
  • Current or working towards Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor exam
  • Valid C Class Drivers Licence 
  • Working at Height and Confined Space Nationally recognised tickets (Desirable)
  • National recognised ticket: Conduct wheel loader operations and Gas Test Atmosphere (Desirable)
