Superintendent – NPI and Village Maintenance 

Mineral Resources is seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent – NPI & Village Maintenance to lead maintenance operations across the Onslow region. This permanent, full-time position presents an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to ensure NPI and village facilities are maintained to the highest operational and safety standards, while also overseeing the successful delivery of critical infrastructure projects that support our workforce and broader business objectives. 

About the Role 

As part of our People Facilities & Logistics (PFL) team, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of maintenance activities across NPI and Village facilities, leading multidisciplinary trade teams and contractors. This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical knowledge and leadership capability in a collaborative environment, directly contributing to operational performance and workforce wellbeing. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead planned preventative, and reactive maintenance programs for NPI and village infrastructure  

• Manage contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards  

• Prepare, manage, and monitor maintenance budgets, resources, and scheduling requirements  

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimise operational disruption  

• Ensure all facilities and maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations, codes, and company standards  

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to maintenance teams to achieve safe and efficient outcomes 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will bring: 

• An electrical trade qualification (or equivalent)  

• Demonstrated experience in NPI and village maintenance operations  

• Proven capability in leading and managing maintenance teams  

• Sound knowledge of building codes, WHS/OH&S regulations, and maintenance best practices  

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills  

• Willingness to relocate to or commute to Onslow
