About the Opportunity

We are seeking expressions of interest from Electricians with a background in processing/fixed plant maintenance to join our team at our owner-operated lithium mine sites. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting preventative and corrective maintenance on fixed plant machinery and equipment, attending to breakdowns, working with the Planning Team to support plant reliability improvements, calibrating instruments, and operating fixed and mobile plant machinery.

Tickets & Licenses Required:

  • Current Australian Driver's License 
  • WA Electrical Licence
  • CPR/LVR 
  • Experience with fixed plant maintenance within the mining industry. 
  • Construction Induction Card 
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.

Minimum Requirements for Internal Applicants

  • Have completed at least 12 months’ continuous service in your current role.
  • Have a clear disciplinary and conduct record, with no current or recent safety incidents.
  • Consistently demonstrate compliance with safety, operational procedures and Safe & Respectful behaviours.
