About This Role:

Project Manager for assigned planning, design, and construction projects of small to medium level of complexity from start to finish - project inception/programming through procurement, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout/warranty.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience.
  • Have and maintain a valid drivers license with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One to three years of experience working in a construction related activity (design, document preparation, construction administration, or construction supervision) or equivalent field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in project delivery, experience in a university setting or similar environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), Microsoft Project and Auto CAD.
  • Is comfortable in a highly fluid work environment: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Highly organized: ability to plan ahead so as to maximize efficiency based on available resources.
  • Ability to travel to on and off campus locations for business activities.
  • Experienced in multiple contract delivery methods including CM@Risk in addition to traditional Design/Bid/Build project deliver.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the design & delivery of professional A/E services and construction project deliver.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local codes and standards of design and construction.
  • General knowledge of building commissioning and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification process.

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
  • Light work, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motions, close visual acuity, subject to inside & outside environment conditions, heights and tunnels.

Anticipated Hiring Pay Range:

$52,530-$84,006
