About This Role:

The Primary task will be to assist clients/stakeholders in client accounts, sample reception, submission, and appropriate testing requirements, accessioning, referrals, and results for KVDL (Kansas Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory). Responsible for client communications by phone, email, and walk in appointments.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• One year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree
• One year of customer service experience
• Knowledge of clinical specimens/testing and medical data bases as documented in the application materials
• Animal science/veterinary medical experience
• General experience with computer software (Microsoft office) and experience using LIMS (VetView) systems

• Valid Drivers License
