Office Specialist II
About This Role
The Veterinary Health Center (VHC) within the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking an Office Specialist II to join our dedicated team. This position provides administrative support to the Veterinary Health Center. Responsibilities include procuring office supplies and equipment, managing copier contracts, coordinating mail services, maintaining inventory programs, and supporting faculty, staff, and student needs. This position plays a key role in ensuring daily operations run efficiently and in compliance with university and state purchasing policies. Working hours for this position will include Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to organize and process multiple types of information prepared.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experienced with typing, data processing, word processing, graphics, and tables.
- Education and/or experience in the use of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
- Two years of experience in clerical work.
Sponsorship eligibility:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
