Program/Project Consultant
About This Role
This position will work directly with an IMSE faculty member to support his research centers’ (GRIP and NSF Global Center) activities. The staff will specifically be working on the following job responsibilities.
1. Economic Development Planning with K-State Innovation Partner office including technology transfer and commercialization pathways of Das Lab technologies and any other GRIP project related technologies.
2. Proposal Development for R&D (research and commercialization) and workforce development.
3. Meeting with the team PIs for collecting monthly updates (Economic Development) to keep aligned with the project timeline and deliverables.
4. Scheduling meetings for the team.
5. Industry partner engagement.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Master’s degree in science, engineering, or business.
- Experience in statistical and analytical software including AI is a plus.
- Work experience in the corporate world is a plus.
Sponsorship eligibility:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
