Program/Project Coordinator
About This Role
This position provides essential administrative and operational coordination for the Applied Learning Experience (ALE) university-wide initiative. The coordinator manages the workflow of course designations and funding applications, serves as the primary logistical liaison for faculty and campus stakeholders, and facilitates access to program data to support university-wide research and evaluation.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and four years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse campus stakeholders (Faculty, Deans, Senate)
- Knowledge of higher education administrative structures and faculty governance processes
- Familiarity with experiential or applied learning frameworks and pedagogy
Sponsorship eligibility:
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
