The School of Humanities and Social Sciences (SHSS) seeks a Graduate Assistant to provide service support for special projects in Intelligence & Security Studies, SHSS Study Abroad programs, and signature SHSS events and initiatives.

GA Duties Include: 

• Provide support in preparation, setup, marketing, and the execution of the Day of Intrigue and West Chair speaker series hosted on the Citadel campus by the SHSS departments of Intelligence & Security Studies and Political Science in Spring 2024. 
• Provide support in preparation, setup, marketing, and the execution of signature SHSS events including the Spring SHSS Advisory Board meeting, and many other cadet-centered events that occur during the Spring semester.
• Provide marketing, design, and social media support to increase enrollment in SHSS short-term, faculty-led study aboard programs. 

To qualify for the Graduate Assistant program students must be enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours per semester. Graduate Assistant can work up to 20 hours a week and the positions run from August to May, based on department need positions can start at any point during the Fall and Spring semesters.
