We have an exciting new opportunity as Facility Manager to lead an aged care located in the Mid North Coast, employed on a full-time basis.
You will be responsible to oversee and manage the facilities management to ensure all contractual requirements is met. You will be an on-site point of contact for the client, sub-contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Here is a snapshot of what you will do:
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of Facilities Management Services within contract scope
• Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirements
• Oversee allocated financial budgets
• Develop and maintain close working relationship with client representative and ISS
• Direction, management and development of reporting ISS staff
• Monitor the application of asset management plans of the facility
• Introduce initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client/customer satisfaction
What will you possess to be successful:
• Tertiary education in facility management, business or related recognized facilities management professional qualification would be an advantage.
• Demonstrable evidence of team management and leadership skills
• A good working knowledge of operations and maintenance environment
• Ability to recognise risk to building management
• IT - good working knowledge – Excel, Word, Power Point and other Microsoft Office tools
• Can do attitude and willing to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where required
