We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic and positive Reception Office services Co Ordinator based in our Smithtown Site
About the Role:
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day reception duties and office services on site and will as the first point of contact.
You will demonstrate sound understanding of daily operations, utilise your strong administration and financial skills, whilst also delivery service excellence to all external and internal stakeholders.
Here is a snapshot of what you will do:
• Represent ISS in a professional, Responsive manner at all times
• Assist the Retail Service Attendant in all aspects of running the staff shop
• Manage all incoming/Outgoing calls, Control and monitor site access for employee, Contracters and service providers
• Support mailroom attendant during high volume times to complete daily tasks including sorting incoming mail, notifying staff items are available for collection
• Daily milk placement/rotation on each nestle kitchen
• Participate in the maintenance of a cooperative team working environment through information sharing, communication to ensure standards are being achieved and maintained.
• Safeguard health, safety and well-being of all personnel involved in all manual handling processes.
• Working knowledge of work health and safety
What will you possess to be successful:
• Experience in similar role desired
• Proficient with Microsoft suite
• Exceptional communication and technology skills
• Can do attitude and willing to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where required
