We are currently seeking a seasoned talent attraction and management leader to join us on our largest service delivery contract in the Pacific as Senior Talent Advisor, based in our Milperra office, on a Full Time basis.
This new role will focus on three main objectives:
- Ensure the contract achieves an optimal workforce level to deliver on business objectives and serve our customers
- Ensure effective implementation of talent management administrative processes including development of targeted recruitment campaigns e.g. Indigenous, disabilities
- Secure strong pipeline of candidates across frontline service delivery roles and associated team management positions.
To achieve successful outcomes in this role, you will be:
- Collaborating with the Operations and Workforce Planning Team to identify the right candidates to fill the open shifts across our extensive operations network.
- Engaging with Workforce Australia & Commonwealth providers to deliver on revenue objectives
- Engage with other collaboration partners within ISS, including the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and P&C Business Partners to realise mutually beneficial goals and to drive efficiency within our business processes.
The Position:
- Drive use of in-country digital tools such as our Careers Page, PageUp Talent Search, SEEK, LinkedIn & other social media to fill vacancies and create a talent pipeline.
- Support conceptualisation of other talent concepts, processes and tools
- Align workforce strategy to recruitment demand based on customer needs & requirements
- Maximise Commonwealth funding opportunities via Workforces Australia , Disability Employment Service Providers & Indigenous organisation relationships
- Support and assist workforce mobilisations
- Maintain recruitment/onboarding compliance of recruitment system
- Drive recruitment process efficiencies and clear recruitment reporting.

Minimum Criteria:
- Experience with implementing and driving business orientated talent management processes
- Strong collaborator and ability to follow and implement efficient business processes
- Dominant traits include being driven and self motivated, structured and systematic and oriented towards cooperation
- Important to possess emotional intelligence and empathetic skills.
