Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily maintenance of cleaning operations throughout the village.

Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, ensuring schedules and standards are met.

Manage cleaning rosters, timesheets, and staff rotations.

Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and service levels.

Assist with budget management and stock level reviews, placing orders when needed.

Respond to emails and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.

Coordinate ongoing maintenance programs for periodical cleaning.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations is essential.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with a customer service focus.

Knowledge of floor maintenance and high-level cleaning practices.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Willingness to obtain or hold a Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certification.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and initiative.
