We're seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our operations in the Bowen Basin. In this pivotal role, you will set the standard for cleanliness and quality, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all village residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily maintenance of cleaning operations throughout the village.

• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff, ensuring schedules and standards are met.

• Manage cleaning rosters, timesheets, and staff rotations.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and service levels.

• Assist with budget management and stock level reviews, placing orders when needed.

• Respond to emails and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.

• Coordinate ongoing maintenance programs for periodical cleaning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning operations is essential.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a customer service focus.

• Knowledge of floor maintenance and high-level cleaning practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Willingness to obtain or hold a Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certification.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and initiative.
