We are currently seekingExpressions of Interest for a Head of Cleaning Products and Performance to be employed on a Full Time basis within our Melbourne or Sydney office.
Reporting into the Operations Performance Director, this position will also be part of the Operations Performance leadership team.
This position will require a strong vision for Cleaning Services and provide strategic thinking in the delivery of productivity, quality and sustainability outcomes in Cleaning Services.
You will have extensive experience of cleaning operations, roster optimisation and change management, with industry leading knowledge of cleaning trends and innovative concepts, both in and about to enter the marketplace. To enable the effective delivery of ambitious cleaning productivity targets, you will also have gravitas and experience in holding yourself and others to account for the executive of change at an operational level.
You will support the Operations and Commercial teams to grow and develop Key Accounts in prioritised segments and ensure the achievement of planned margin and revenue outcomes .
Key tasks include:
- Leverage global cleaning solutions (tech and process) and play a direct role in the implementation of these solutions and measurement of the benefits.
- Drive contract optimization through the deployment of the Productivity Index - using data to set ambition, priortisiation and direction.
- Responsible for the Cleaning Productivity targets as per the Roadmap.
- Accountable for cleaning costing and benchmarks to drive growth – using Productivity Index
- Lead, along with Procurement the assessment of the best products to ensure we deliver the best standard of cleaning in all markets with preferred suppliers
- Work with Commercial to develop marketing collateral to support concepts, promotions and all forms of consumer engagement
- Provide input into training materials for onboarding and training of cleaning employees and managers (i.e. e-learning, videos, and guides)
- Support operations with the mobilisation of new sites/ contracts
- Demonstrate a strong analytical mind-set with the ability to analyse cleaning productivity data, and communicate insights
- Lead by example in driving a safety first, inclusive and diverse culture at all times
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Minimum Criteria:
- 10 years + experience in cleaning operations, roster optimization and change management.
- Gravitas and experience in holding themselves and others to account for execution of change at operational level.
- Industry leading knowledge of cleaning trends and innovative concepts, both in and about to enter the marketplace. Understanding the position of businesses within a global context.
- Track record in influencing senior management and communicating in a compelling manner that gains commitment from others.
- Action orientated - Track record of stepping up to handle tough issues with a sense of urgency
- Follows through on commitments and makes sure others do the same. Acts with ownership.
- Excellent planning, organizing and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
