We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Business Performance Analysts, to be employed on a Full Time basis, working from our Perth office.
The role is responsible for supporting our operations teams to analyse business performance data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Our operations teams vary, from single service such as cleaning, while others offer multiple services such as cleaning, catering and security.
A snapshot of what you will do:
- Prepare regular cadence of reporting for teams to enable them to know what they need to know.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Translate complex data into clear and concise presentations and reports for leadership.
- Monitor the effectiveness of business initiatives and provide post-implementation reviews.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, commercial, and IT teams.
- Build and enhance models and tools that support scenario analysis and business case evaluation.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy of all performance-related reporting.
What you will possess to be successful:
The ideal candidate will present with an enquiring mind to understand business needs, along with a strong data and process focus to identify gaps where better utilised tools and/or innovative solutions can lead to building a business case for positive and long-term change. Other requirements include:
- Experience in a global matrix organisation with a strong service delivery and customer focused ethos.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to be able to work with diverse stakeholders and clients but also strong relationship building and influencing skills to enable complex data to be translated into clear and concise presentations to leadership.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience working in the facilities management industry or a highly customer orientated industry such as hospitality.
