The Position:

  • Managing safety, risk, and incident response with precision

  • Building strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders

  • Coordinating site upgrades, compliance audits, and emergency systems testing

  • Leading investigations and reporting for incidents and equipment failures

  • Overseeing budgets, scheduling, and change management processes

  • Driving continuous improvement and upholding ISS values: Honesty, Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, and Quality

Minimum Criteria:

  • Essential Skills & Experience:

    • Tertiary qualifications in facility management, business, or project management

    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

    • Experience managing teams and contractors

    • Deep understanding of building compliance and risk management

    • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment

    • Proven ability to deliver high-level customer service and technical support

    • Willingness to travel intrastate regularly (interstate occasionally)

    Desirable:

    • NSW Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor licence or Qualified Supervisor Certificate

    • Experience in telecommunications or technical service industries

    • Report writing and auditing expertise
