What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
• Providing respectful and professional screening, including for other women
• Helping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
• Working within clear safety and security procedures
• Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travelers

Who We’re Looking For

• Female-identifying individuals (to screen female passengers respectfully)
• Great communicators who enjoy helping people
• Customer service experience is welcome
• Interested in aviation, safety, or security? This is your stepping stone
• Willing to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (training offered at half price)
• Security licence admired not required - Position growth 

✅ What You Need

• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
• Unrestricted driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (part-time)
• A professional, responsible attitude – and a passion for learning

🎓 Training & Development

We invest in your growth from Day 1:

• Access to a nationally recognised qualification
• Only $1,000 for a Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (normally $2,000)
• Hands-on learning with on-site practical experience at Perth Airport
• Build skills that open doors across Australia’s aviation industry

• Initial hourly rate of $30.64 per hour + penalties. 
• Aviation allowance of $2.37 for every hour worked!
