We’re seeking an experienced Performance Coordinator to ensure rosters align with budgets, EBAs, and operational requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives that
optimise workforce utilisation and financial outcomes. By providing data-driven insights and fostering collaboration, the performance coordinator plays a key role in achieving operational excellence and delivering value to both the business and its customers

This Full Time permanent role will be based onsite at our Milperra office.

🔧  What You’ll Do

  • Partner with operational teams to ensure master rosters align with budgeted
  • hours.
  • Ensure rosters align and compliant with budgets, EBAs, and operational
  • requirements.
  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for
  • improvement.
  • Support roster optimisation in workforce utilisation and financial outcomes
  • whilst maintaining service delivery.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on labour performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance teams to validate workforce
  • planning decisions.
  • Act as a change agent for labour optimisation and performance
  • improvement activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for performance-related queries and provide
  • informed advice to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in labour management.
     

Compliance requirement - Hold and maintain a NSW Working with Children Check, NSW Police Clearance and NSW Government Clearance.
