Our team is growing and we currently seeking people to join us in the position of Rostering & Administration Coordinator at our location at Melbourne Airport, employed on a part time basis (30 hours per week). This position reports directly in to the Operations Manager and will assist with rostering, and the day to day administrative duties and tasks of the operation. The successful candidate will be an office all rounder and will support the Senior Leadership Group with their daily duties.

The Position:

  • Takes pride in their work: shows strong sense of ownership and produces work to a high standard, delivery high-quality, professional results
  • Must have experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Responsible, organised and reliable
  • Familiarity with Awards and EBAs
  • Tech savvy, with ability to quickly learn new systems and applications

In addition to this, the successful candidate would favourably have experience in rostering and using UKG or similar.

Minimum Criteria:

  • Ability to successfully pass Drug screening and Medical assessments
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal history clearance)
  • Hold an unrestricted licence and have own reliable vehicle
