We’re looking for a Vendor Engagement Lead to be based in either our Melbourne CBD or Macquarie Park (Sydney) ISS Corporate offices on a 6 to 12 month fixed term contract.

The Vendor Engagement Lead is responsible for managing key vendor partnerships to ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes. The role drives improved work task performance through effective vendor communication and engagement, including the use of ISS FMS and FieldFLEX systems.

The position is accountable for monitoring and reporting performance trends against project deliverables and contributes to procurement and financial activities in support of project objectives.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Drive project outcomes through effective vendor engagement and coordination.
• Manage and measure vendor performance to ensure project service excellence and continuous improvement across key accounts.
• Lead regular supplier meetings to review project performance, issues, and agreed actions.
• Work closely with internal subject matter experts to ensure vendor activities align with project objectives.
• Monitor and ensure vendor project compliance requirements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in business , finance , procurement or a purchasing environment
• Target oriented, focus on quality and delivery to high standards
• Able to make decisions, influence outcomes
• Experience in delivery of operational excellence with a focus on inclusion, sustainability and Health and Safety Focus.
• Experience in performance improvement; experience in managing a performance framework based on risk and outcome

Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate at least 4 years procurement and FM industry experience.
