We’re looking for a Talent Operations Business Partner to join our team in a Full Time permanent capacity to be based at our Southbank office. The successful candidate will show a passion for people, recruitment processes and a proven ability to influence key decision makers.
🧭 About the Role
As a Talent Operations Business Partner with us, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team. You'll be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with internal hiring managers and key decision makers whilst partnering with the Talent Team to drive efficiency and quality recruitment outcomes.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to Head of Talent, State GM’s within People and Culture and hiring managers.
- Work closely with Talent Team by providing guidance, solutions and efficiencies across end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Provide hiring managers expert advice on recruitment best practice, including interview guides, industry salary benchmarking, sourcing, and onboarding best practice
- Operations & Process Optimisation
- Collaborate with Head of Talent and Talent Process & Optimisation Administrator to design, implement, and continuously improve recruitment processes
- Drive automation and scalable solutions to support high-volume recruitment
- Identify opportunities to reduce time to hire
- Data, Reporting & Insights
- Ensure data integrity and consistent reporting standards
- Provide actionable insights to improve time-to-hire, quality, and candidate experience
- Be involved in key Governance and Compliance areas
- Support the Change and Transformation of recruitment practices and initiatives
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- A confident, outgoing and caring team focused personality
- Experience in bulk talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Proven experience within business partnering and stakeholder engagement
- Analytical capability with experience in reporting and data interpretation
- Ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
Desirable experience includes:
- Experience in a centralised or shared services recruitment model
- Exposure to ATS/HRIS platforms (e.g, PageUp, SmartRecruiters)
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Excel)
- Knowledge of workforce planning and talent strategy and experience in transformation, change initiatives or large-scale transitions
