The Opportunity:
Our team is growing, and we’re looking for resilient, reliable, and team-oriented Minesite Cleaners to join ISS Facility Services on remote WA mine sites.
We have Full Time and Casual FIFO opportunities departing from Perth Airport on a 14:7 roster. You’ll work 10–12 hour shifts in remote environments where red dust gets everywhere, the days can feel long, and your step count will definitely look impressive by the end of shift.
This role suits people who enjoy staying active, can work independently, and understand that FIFO life isn’t a holiday, but it can be rewarding, stable, and a great way to save money while working with a supportive team.
About the Role:
Your day-to-day duties may include:
- Cleaning crib rooms, site offices, toilet blocks, change rooms, accommodation rooms, village common areas, and wet mess facilities
- Maintaining hygiene and safety standards across all areas onsite
- Linen changeovers and stock replenishment
- Operating commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Supporting other departments when needed
- Working in physically demanding conditions - plenty of walking, lifting, bending, and cleaning in a fast-paced environment
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Open & unrestricted WA C-Class Manual Driver’s Licence
(No P Plates, interstate, or international licences accepted)
- Previous experience driving vehicles in a mining environment would be advantageous
- A clear National Police Clearance less than 12 months old
- The ability to work FIFO from Perth Airport on a 14:7 roster
- Full Australian working rights
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts
- A willingness to assist across departments when required
- Fitness and resilience to pass a mining pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening, ongoing through employment
- Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work well both independently and within a team
- Basic tech confidence to complete online inductions and use onsite systems for timesheets and training
