| ISS is seeking an experienced Chef to join our catering team in Central Queensland Mining Villages on a 9/5 or 2/1 FIFO roster. Reporting to the Head Chef/Village Manager, you’ll prepare and deliver high-quality meals, support kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. To be successful, you’ll need a Cert III in Commercial Cookery, a Food Safety Certificate, 2–3 years’ chef experience, and the ability to pass medical, drug/alcohol, and police checks, with FIFO or mining experience highly regarded.
