An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at Rolleston on a 2:1 roster, DIDO Bowen Basin or regional QLD.
Position:
- Coordinating all aspects of stewarding operations back and front of house at site
- Work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef with regards to all aspects of food service
- Responsible for food safety and cleanliness of kitchens, store rooms and equipment
- Lead and motivate a small team of Dining Utilities

Minimum Criteria:
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Have a proactive and solutions-focused approach to ensure operations run smoothly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with team and customers
- Ability to pass a full medical and clearance check
- Safe Food Handling Certificate
- RSA Certificate
*Must reside in Bowen Basin or regional QLD. Interstate applications considered however relocation required.
