Senior Client Service Manager North Coast Area

We have an opportunity for a Senior Client Service Manager, based in Ballina/Tweed/Lismore Area you will be responsible for supporting our Client Service Managers with their designated portfolio. You will also support the day-to-day operations and while fostering client relationship and maintain the cleaning contract obligation.

You will be someone who has an excellent understanding of the cleaning industry and have the ability to work closely with other team members as well as lead and develop individuals.

This role requires flexibility in working across different suburbs and areas in the North Coast with work life balance.

More about the role:

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations are running smoothly and support cleaning managers to address any daily concerns.
  • Manage and ensure the completion of all KPIs as per contract requirements are met.
  • Handle and resolve client concerns by attending to matters and ensure actions are followed up.
  • Part of the escalation on monitoring labour management.
  • Ensure management of risk assessments and WHS is being met.
  • Conduct inspection and client meetings by following contract performance as required.
  • Collaborate with other ISS department such as Finance, P&C and Workforce Planning.

What you will possess to be successful:

  • Min 5 Years Experience in Cleaning Operations and managing a diverse workforce
  • Honed ability to report on service delivery, operations target and budgets.
  • Proven success in leading a performing team and be hands on when required.
  • Exceptional communication and a can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge how to conduct and handle an incident investigation.
  • A valid driver license, working with children check and NSW police check.
