Are you a seasoned Solution Analyst ready to shape the future of technology solutions in a dynamic, global organisation? ISS is seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our high-performance Technology Solutions team on a Permanent Full-Time basis, based at our Macquarie Park (Sydney) office.

🌟 About the Role

As a key Technology business partner, you’ll lead the identification, design, and delivery of innovative technology solutions that empower ISS to meet client needs and contractual obligations with excellence.

You’ll work in an agile environment, overseeing:

• End-to-end solutioning and onboarding of new customers
• Continuous system enhancements
• Collaboration with vendors and global development teams

You’ll guide internal and external tech specialists, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and “fit-for-purpose.”

🧠 What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience across:

• Application and solution design (CMMS, CRM, BI, mobile/digital, integration tech)
• Technical, functional, or architectural project delivery
• Off-the-shelf and custom-built technology implementations
• Project and change management

You’ll also have strong proficiency in:

• Object-oriented programming and relational database design
• Asset or Field Service Management technologies
• Designing for non-functional requirements (performance, security, etc.)
• DevOps, CI/CD, Jira, and SDLC practices
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or business

Compliance requirement - Australian Citizen & ability to gain a Defence Baseline Clearance

🎯 Bonus Skills (Desirable)

• Microsoft Project and desktop suite expertise
• Certifications: PM, Prince2, Scrum, TOGAF
• Experience in industrial services or outsourcing
• BI/Analytics delivery
• Pre-sales or consulting solution engineering
