Some of the group's key areas of specialisation is in complex M&A transactions, privatisations, listed public to private transactions, PPPs, structured finance, major infrastructure (including digital and telco infrastructure), energy, resources and utilities.

About You
- 5-7 years' experience in corporate transactions and commercial arrangements (such as M&A or projects work)
- Australian Qualified lawyer with relevant experience
- Relevant M&A, energy, mining and renewables transactions experience in a top tier or leading international firm preferred;
- Excellent analytical and research skills and attention to detail;
- A strong academic background
- Strong technical and drafting skills;
- effective written and verbal communications skills;
- strong commitment to client service, well-developed relationship management ability and ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients - you will play a role in supporting and actively developing our relationships with clients.
