Registered Nurse Community – Permanent Full Time or Part Time Positions

Tasmanian Health Service – Rosebery Community Health Centre

To be Tasmanian is to value quality over quantity. We create, preserve, and protect the unusual. With quiet confidence, with passion and perseverance, we pursue the extraordinary.

What’s different about Tasmania is our culture and our lifestyle, our connection to our colleagues and patients, and the community encourages success. Our remoteness helps drive a culture of invention and human connection, which feels both old fashioned and… like the only future worth pursuing. Here you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to breath-taking coastlines, National Parks and award-winning fresh produce – all right on your doorstep. After a hard day at work, you don’t have to sit in a car for an hour. You can wander along the river or put on your boots and tell it to a mountain.

Our Rosebery Community Health Centre is a place where people from across caring professions come together to serve our community members of the West Coast. We provide care throughout the patient journey, through the Emergency First Response Unit and Community Health services. You will work within a close-knit multi-disciplinary care team, using your skills and experience to provide evidence-informed services.

Here, you are encouraged to be your authentic self, to pursue your passions, and to bring your clinical and world knowledge to the table to contribute to making our team one that punches above its weight with progressive and meaningful care.

In Tasmania, we are small enough for you to shape and influence your work and make a real difference every day. Yet big enough for you to feel part of something important, somewhere you can belong and be surrounded by diversity, innovation, and friendships. We’ll look after you from the very beginning, ensure you are fully inducted and welcomed into our team and culture. We’ll invest in your growth, with time, resources, and expert colleagues available to help foster your development.

Big things are happening here, and you’re invited to be part of it...

Operating within a Primary Health Framework our team deliver nursing and home care services to clients across the West Coast region both in home and in the clinic environments. All services are coordinated from Rosebery Community Health Centre with staff travelling to all West Coast towns for provision of care.
