As a Project Support Officer you will:
- Use your project support skills across the project lifecycle to facilitate work programs and multiple digital health projects so everything runs efficiently.
- Regularly apply your flexibility, understanding and skills with change management, business analysis and improvement to contribute to meaningful change in our new Integrated Services team.
- Frequently use your strong organisational, planning and co-ordinations skills to prioritise and multitask.
- Demonstrate your excellent capacity to connect, engage and problem solve with diverse clients, contractors and stakeholders on a wide range of issues.
- Employ your good written communication skills to develop a range of written documents including minutes for a range of committees.
- Display your advanced team skills as you collaborate with multi-disciplinary colleagues and clients to achieve shared outputs and outcomes.

You will need:
- Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of IT related assignments/projects, with some delivery into a healthcare and/or human service environment.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client/stakeholder relationships in a health or human services environment, together with proven negotiation and liaison skills in an area subject to frequent change.
- Practical experience and knowledge of project methodologies and implementation within the healthcare environment.

Details of appointment:
Multiple Permanent full time, day worker positions, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $98,255 to $103,069 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
