Who are we looking for?
We are seeking qualified and motivated Dental Assistants who are interested in future opportunities supporting the delivery of high‑quality, safe and patient‑centred oral health care within a public dental service.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to:
- Provide effective and professional chairside assistance to dental clinicians, supporting a range of clinical procedures in line with scope, policies and guidelines
- Maintain high standards of infection control, sterilisation and clinical cleanliness in accordance with NHMRC, Work Health and Safety and organisational protocols
- Prepare and manage dental equipment, instruments and materials to support efficient and safe clinical service delivery
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including appointment scheduling, client enquiries and accurate maintenance of clinical records
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary oral health team, contributing positively to team culture and service outcomes

Salary: $76,849 - $82,996 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2025
Eligibility:
Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria.
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate Level I
