Duties
- Undertake comprehensive administrative and clerical functions to support the day-to-day operations of the Unit.
- Prepare and collate correspondence/documentation for a range of meetings and, record meeting outcomes.
- Ensure the continuous tracking of clients through various information management systems including collating, inputting and maintaining registers and databases.
- Provide general administrative support to committees, internal and external stakeholders, associated with the Safe at Home Program.
- Coordination of information exchange between stakeholders.
- Undertake the functions of other members of the administrative team as required.
