Hours per fortnight
73.5 hours - flexible options available.
Duties
- Coordinate and track the administration of grant agreements using the SmartyGrants system, including monitoring deadlines, following up reporting obligations, and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaise with funded service providers to ensure compliance with grant deed requirements, including reviewing progress reports, providing feedback, and negotiating variations or extensions where required.
- Support system-level improvements to grant administration and information management, including acquiring and applying technical knowledge of the SmartyGrants system (training will be provided).
- Provide high-level administrative support for whole-of-government meetings and working groups, including scheduling, preparing meeting papers, taking minutes, and managing action items.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and briefing materials to support oversight of grant delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the broader work of the team by contributing to administrative and coordination tasks as required, including document management and internal reporting processes.
- Undertake other duties as required, within the scope and classification level of the role.
Desirable Requirements
Experience in public administration, project support, community services or a related field.
