Hours per fortnight
36.75 hours (5 days per fortnight) - flexible options available.
Location
Burnie, Launceston or Hobart.
Duties
- Demonstrate high level knowledge of programs within the Victims Support output, including the Tasmanian state governments systemic approach to addressing family violence and the IT systems that support this work.
- Provide high level administrative and clerical support by accessing multiple databases across several agencies to provide sensitive information and data for statewide ICC meetings.
- Provide high level administrative support to committees, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders associated with Safe at Home and other relevant programs.
- Manage the operations, communication, record keeping, facilities and assets of the Victims Support office.
- Contribute to the achievement of Safe at Home objectives by working effectively as part of a small, statewide team.
- Provide high-level liaison with clients, staff and stakeholders in person, by phone and written communication.
- Undertake general duties as determined by the Director – Victims Support.
- The incumbent can expect to allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification.
