Job description:

Undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support the functions of the Driver Licensing Unit and Graduated Licensing System (GLS).

Period of Appointment

Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) for 12 months.

Duties

  • Provide assistance to the Case Managers and Team Leader to process applications for clients to access the Plates Plus online learning platform.
  • Provide assistance in the daily management of the Plates Plus platform support and GLS inbox.
  • Undertake processing of applications for interstate and overseas licence transfers.
  • Preparation of routine correspondence to clients of the Driver Licensing Unit.
  • Review and analyse driver licence reports to identify review points and inform subsequent actions. Processing and electronic filing of Ancillary Certificate renewal notices.
