As a key member of the leadership team, the occupant of this role leads the Corporate Services function to deliver strategic human resource management, financial management, governance, and corporate service outcomes for the organisation. The Director, Corporate Services is responsible for developing and implementing high-level strategies, policies, and operational initiatives across the Commission. This role is instrumental in fostering a workplace culture that aligns with the Commission’s values and ensures staff feel safe, equal, and valued.
